Welcome to the official site of EGGSHELL!

We’re a band based on the Connecticut shoreline playing killer tunes from the 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s (and some newer stuff, too).

We all started out as School of Rock students in Madison, CT. We’ve played together in numerous seasonal bands, most recently covering several tunes in a “Queen vs David Bowie” production and “AC/DC vs Led Zeppelin”. We’ve played across multiple genres in these bands, which also included Blues Legends, Reggae, Surf, Hair Metal, Classic Metal, Alternative, Metallica, Black Sabbath and more. We’re also members of the school’s House Band, a local touring group that plays events both public and private around the CT shoreline. This summer we opened for Vivid and Blade with House Band!

Welcome to the official site of EGGSHELL. We are a band local to the CT shoreline, playing great rock tunes from the 70s, 80s, 90s and 2000s, and we’re available to play your next event.

We all started out as School of Rock students at the Madison, CT location. We’ve all played together in numerous seasonal bands, most recently covering several tunes in a “Queen vs David Bowie” production and “AC/DC vs Led Zeppelin”; but we’ve played across multiple genres in these bands, including Blues, Reggae, Surf, Hair Metal, Classic Metal, Alternative, Metallica, Black Sabbath and more. We also playin the school’s House Band, a local touring group that plays local events around the shoreline.

So we decided to found EGGSHELL in early 2025 and put together our own repertoire, which also includes many of the songs we’ve played through School of Rock (we’re all still students there, by the way).
